In reply to Sue. Yes! Any 3/8" gauge loom with at least 10 pegs would work. If you use a loom with a different gauge (measurement from the center of one peg to the center of the next peg) the sandal will not be the correct size. A larger gauge loom will give you a larger sandal. I hope this helps!

In reply to Ashleigh Gonzalez. Hi Ashleigh. You could make the sole smaller in two ways: 1. Knitting fewer rows would make the sandal shorter. 2. Casting on fewer stitches would make it narrower. Other sizes have not been tested for this pattern. If you decide to try a different size be sure to take notes and we'll add them here!

I love these! They’re really simple too. I am curious if there is a way to make sole smaller? I want to make them for 6 month olds.
