Hi, Derick! This is a tutorial I did for Lion Brand Yarn using their pattern. I have some basic measurement charts to help you figure out sizing for adults. From there you’d just have to adjust the dimensions of the pattern to the measurements you need. I know it’s not much help, but scaling a baby sweater up to adult sizes is tricky because of they have very different proportions!
