I’m a bit confused. After the first for of knit 4 and knit 2 together. The pattern says for row 2 knit the whole round. Do you knit the empty pegs as well or just keep skipping over them ever even row you knit all around ? I’m using u- wrap stitches and trying to make a baby hat.
